Careers at KWC
Learn more about careers at KWC in this video which includes interviews with various staff members, including staff accountants, managers and the firm’s Managing Principal.
I started as a tax season intern my senior year of college…everybody was so hands-on teaching– even the Principals were very interested in my professional development.
As I’ve worked my way up as a manager at the firm I still feel that same sense of hands-on with the Principals and other people– so I’ve really enjoyed that they have emphasized my professional and personal development.
KWC Workplace Culture
Learn more about the workplace culture at KWC in this video which includes interviews with various staff members from many departments of the firm.
I started as a staff 1 accountant straight out of college–this is the only ‘adult’ job I have ever had–and frankly I’ve never even looked for another one. And the reason for that is that I felt like KWC was a place that I could grow and thrive, and really create a career that was meaningful to me.
…If you approach your career with an open mind and as an opportunity to see what is out there, then KWC is a good place for you.
