As a Human Resources Professional, I contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems by developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel and align with the overall business strategy of KWC. To work on a team that prides itself on moving the company forward is very exciting.
Q. What do you love about your job?
I work with some very smart, talented and passionate people. They push me to do better, and we all share the same vision: to see KWC continue to grow and be the employer of choice.
Q. What do you enjoy doing outside the office?
I love spending time with my family. We are beach people naturally and love to travel. I’m an all year-round griller (even in the snow) and love my two fur babies.
